Operational Goal
Free Route Flow restriction via EDMM ACC (max FL315) or EDUUFRAE (MIN FL315) and then EDUUFRAW (MIN 245) to allow certain shorter routing via FRA point normally used in upper for arriving traffic via Z744 COSJE or below EDUUUAC via T159. Limited options ensure optimum tactical handling and respecting LoA conditions.
