The listed DCTs 1. b. and c. are options in EDUUFRAE and EDUUFRAW here limited to certain FLs. MAPOX / option 1. c. is kept in x-border FRA environment to keep vector point for tactical short cuts/flow integration (Instead allowing x-border DCTs via EDGTMAPOX).
The listed DCT 1. d. is an option in EDUUFRAE and EDUUFRAW.
