Connecting Routes to KUAC

To force traffic via dedicated routes/points allowing transition to upper airspace (sectors above FL245 within listed airspace).

Option 1.a.: standard option via EDUUSLN1S sector.

Option 1.b.: late climb option below EDUUSLN1S sector into EDUUNTM1N. ULNOK DCT MISGI Annex3B refers.

Option 1.c.: Listed DCT refers to EDUUFRAW (above FL245).

Option 1.d.: for stepped climber to under fly EDUUWUR1Z sector, for OBISI DCT ELNAT/BERXO RAD ANNEX 3B refers (H24, MIN FL235).

Option 1.e.: is added to allow upper RFL via NATOR, but presently calculated by PTR/counted clear of EDUUUTA (below FL245). RTE after NATOR according LSASFRA rules.
