Operational Goal
Traffic is not allowed to flight plan across active area as published via AUP/UUP, unless the ATS routes or DCT are EXC in column Traffic Flow Rule applied.
Traffic on listed SIDs will be allowed to flightplan via the area and will be held clear of the area tactically.
Traffic on L856 from KPT to KONIN will be blocked and shall file Annex 3B DCTs (KPT - OSDER - KONIN). Traffic on L856 from KONIN to KPT will be blocked and shall file Annex 3B DCTs (KONIN - OSDER - KPT). Traffic arrival EDDM shall file Annex 3B DCT (OSDER - ANDEC T101 BETOS).
