Operational Goal
EVTOL - NIRIF is an alternative routeing available when any of the listed danger areas are promulgated active in the AUP/UUP at the filed FL. When none of the listed areas are promulgated active in the AUP/UUP at the filed FL, traffic shall file via VATRY. Only Dublin Group arrivals may file via NIRIF.
NIRIF is a westbound only COP.
