Operational Goal
To ensure S23 counts and standardised routings for EGVA inbounds. Traffic wishing to leave ATS and receive a service from Swanwick Mil (OAT) should ensure /OAT is filed at the relevant leaving CAS point in the Field 15 of the FPL. AOs should include supplementary AFTN address EGZYOATT in their FPL.
1.b. To enable OAT direct routing for military traffic inbound to EGVA. Traffic entering the UK GAT from BOLRO/ORIST and transitioning to OAT at SAM shall file KATHY P/UP83 SAM OAT DCT VLN DCT NAXAT DCT EGVA.
