When there is no activity promulgated for any of the listed areas or the EGD513 complex, listed traffic shall file ALOTI DCT RIVOT DCT ROBEM DCT NATEB (See associated ALOTI DCT RIVOT, RIVOT DCT ROBEM RADs).

When EGD513 complex is active, traffic may file CUTEL DCT GOMOT.
