Operational Goal
To enable efficient low level route for Dublin arrivals from SKESO/Jersey Group, remaining below FL195 in EG airspace. Please not this route may receive a reduced ATC service when outside of the ATS route structure and is subject to activity in EGD117/EGD118.

The upper vertical limit of this DCT portion is promulgated as FL245, however this is to alleviate CFPSP system encoding issues and traffic is not permitted to use this low level DCT portion if filing an RFL above FL195. This does not impact use of the UNFIT DCT PENWU FRA trajectory at levels above FL245.
