To ensure connectivity to the DET2A.
To allow all Non RNAV1 flight ARR EGGW,EGSC,EGSS to use this DCT, the exception is EGLL,EGGWU DEPS to EGSC, EGSS which are forced via BKY BUSTA LOREL by EG5304.
In addition to the above RNAV1 traffic DEP EGLC/EGLL/EGWU and ARR EGGW can use this DCT.
RNAV1 traffic DEP EGLC and ARR EGSC / EGSS may also use this DCT.
