Operational Goal

When Y/UY24 is avbl, this tfc must route via DEXEN and not BOFUM/ENDEQ/LIFFY. Time refers to time over BOFUM/DEXEN/ENDEQ/LIFFY. The only EI** deps permitted/mandated to file into EGLL via DEXEN when (U)Y124 is avbl are EIDW deps.

1.a. EIDW deps shall file via DEXEN during the listed times if there is no activity promulgated in the AUP/UUP for any of the listed areas at any level. If any of the listed danger areas are promulgated ACT in the AUP/UUP, then this traffic is not mandated to file via DEXEN.

1.b., 1.c. If any of the listed danger areas are activated via AUP/UUP at the filed FL, this tfc is not mandated to file via Y/UY124. If none of the listed areas are active at the filed FL, this tfc is mandated to file via DEXEN.

1.d. The listed deps shall file via DEXEN if there is no activity promulgated in the AUP/UUP for any of the listed areas at any level. If any of the listed danger areas are promulgated ACT in the AUP/UUP, this tfc is not mandated to file via DEXEN.
