To allow unrestricted cross-border FRA operations for flights departing from / landing at aerodromes in EK**/ES**. These flights do not require a boundary point when transitting between Maastricht UAC / Copenhagen ACC or between Karlsruhe UAC / Copenhagen ACC or between Karlsruhe UAC / Malmo AC
C.Flights which originates from / land at other aerodromes shall use at least one boundary point.
