Operational Goal

In order to prevent any traffic to go through RAZQI without OAT/GAT transition.

For M or X flights which route ends at RAZQI, they should switch to OAT.

To use the routings described, traffics should switch form OAT to GAT at RAZQI.

M or X flights can also use RAZQQII to go to the military airfields LFLD and LFOA
