Operational Goal
1.a. To avoid sharp turns. Specified flights shall proceed northwest bound to keep clear of the Muenster sector of Maastricht UAC. These flights shall file via ABILU.
1.b. Flights via DIBIR shall not plan to enter EDYYBUTA.
1.c. Flights via DIBIR shall not plan to enter the Clacton sectors of London ACC. These flights shall file via OBOKA Z29 TORNU.
1.d. To avoid that flights are filing above an active military area and to mitigate cases where the IFPS profile overestimates the actual climb performance. During military activity, these flights shall plan a lateral re-routing via OBOKA Z29 TORNU.
